While most of North America sleeps, Michael is at the helm of our keg fillers, making sure each barrel is immaculate before filling it with fresh, cold Lakefront draught beer. Michael stays vigilant overnight with copious amounts of black tea; so, when his turn came around, he wanted to blend the clove, pepper, ginger, and black tea flavors he relies on with a chocolatey, big-bodied, semi-sweet stout.
My Turn: Michael will couple nicely with chicken, lamb, or tofu tikka masala. Can’t go wrong with a plate of—dunk if you dare—gingerbread cookies, either.
